Addie and Justin are proud North Durham residents who deeply love their neighbors and community. They have the world’s most fun two year old little girl.

a note from Addie:

I love the art of specialty coffee, but not the pretentious notion that sometimes accompanies it. My hope is that Omie’s is a gentle, fun, welcoming experience for all who enter its doors. We are so grateful to be in this corner of Durham, and recognize the hard work of Black and brown folks who’ve made it what it is today: vibrant, welcoming, cool: a great place to raise a family, raise a dog, love your friends.

I’m so grateful to King’s Red and White Grocery for their support as we’ve worked for the past year to open the shop. They are incredible people who have supported us every step of the way. It’s been so special to see the old tire shop transform into what it is today.

We’re happy to partner with local businesses and hire employees from right here in North Durham to bring you incredible coffee, espresso, tea, and what we hope will always be a damn good experience.
